HPD Pink Patches on Sale!
All Proceeds to benefit Susan F. Smith Center for Women's Cancers at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

The Hingham Police Department is proud to announce our official partnership with the  2016 Pink Patch Project, a collaborative cancer awareness fundraiser in conjunction with more than 60 police agencies across the country. The goals of this project are: 1) increase education about the importance of early detection and prevention 2) raise funds to further research, treatment, and care of those who are or have battled cancer.
Through the month of October, participating police agencies will sell their pink patches with all profits going to cancer treatment, research and education. All proceeds from the sales of the Hingham Police Pink Patch will be donated to the Susan F. Smith Center for Women’s Cancers at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
During October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, uniformed personnel are allowed to replace their standard shoulder patch with the Hingham Police Pink Patch as a reminder of our commitment toward raising awareness among those we serve.

This commemorative Hingham Police Pink Patch is $10 and can can purchased 24/7 at the Police Department front desk, at Police Records during business hours, or by mailing a check payable to Hingham Police, Pink Patch Project, 212 Central Street, Hingham, MA 02043.
